Staying for 3 nights in an Executive Grand Deluxe Balcony was an enjoyable experience. The staff provided outstanding service, notably during check-in and check-out, making everything seamless. Breakfast featured a delightful selection including delicious Pork Belly, offering both traditional and international options. However, the lounge could improve further to match the quality of other facilities, and we encountered a few minor issues with room service delays that detracted slightly from the overall experience.

The Grand Deluxe King Corner room was a fantastic choice! It had a spacious layout with a cozy sitting area and a luxurious bathroom featuring both a soaking tub and a separate shower. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a great variety of fresh options and local delicacies. Plus, the hotel is directly connected to Grand Indonesia Mall, making it super convenient for shopping.

i had a lovely stay at kempinski. the location is fantastic, just a short walk to grand indonesia shopping mall with all its shops and cafes. the breakfast was a highlight, especially since the staff offered to cook any indonesian dish i wanted! i also enjoyed the personalized treatments at the spa, which really helped me unwind.
